Who is responsible?

Femmes Développement a.s.b.l. is responsible for the data it receives when corresponding with you. You can contact it at l.moreschi@intl-id.lu. Available legal details are set out in the legal notice.

When you contact us

The form prepares an email on your device. It does not transmit or store your entries on the website. Your name, email address, subject and message are sent to the association only when you send the email from your mail app.

This information is used to answer and follow up on your request. Processing is based on the association’s legitimate interest in managing correspondence. Where a request concerns registration or a service, requested pre-contractual steps may be the appropriate basis.

Recipients and retention

Correspondence is intended for authorised members of the association and the email providers needed to deliver it. It is retained while a request is handled and followed up, then deleted when no longer necessary. Exchanges needed to document a commitment, meet a legal obligation or defend a right are retained for the relevant statutory period or limitation period.

Visiting the website

OVH may process technical data needed to provide and secure the service, such as IP addresses, connection times and requests. Processing is based on the legitimate interest in operating and securing the website. Retention depends on diagnostic and security needs and legal obligations applicable to hosting. Contact the association for further details or an access request.

Donations and external services

Donations are made through PayPal. This redesign does not collect payment data. Links to social media and external albums do not automatically load third-party content. Once a link is opened, the relevant provider’s policy applies.

Transfers outside the European Economic Area

The website does not send form entries to a third-party service. When you send an email or use PayPal, processing may depend on the email or payment providers and the countries in which they operate. Their policies describe the processing conditions. You may contact the association for information about its providers and the safeguards applicable to your data.

Your rights

Subject to the GDPR’s conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure or restriction of your data, object to certain processing and exercise portability where applicable. You may withdraw consent for processing based on consent. Write to the association with details of your request.

You may also lodge a complaint with the National Commission for Data Protection (CNPD), Luxembourg’s supervisory authority.
